i have brewed "holiday cheer" and it is primary right now but it is time to keg. the keg i have needs some pressure for it to fully seal but i am out of any co2. i was told by somebody that i can put it in to a glass carboy and it should be fine until i get co2. I have some CO2 that is in a 16g bullet but i have used party of it all ready and not sure how much is left and dont want to risk it not working.
please help if any body can

How long has it been in primary? You can probably just leave it until you get some co2

Why can't you just leave it in the primay? Unless it's been in there months I wouldn't worry about it too much. Heck, even if it had been in there months I probably wouldn't worry too much about it. There's no rush to get it in to a keg.

Ditto. I left a russian imperial stout (11% alcohol/vol) in the primary for 2.5 monts -- possibly the best beer I've ever made. Don't fear the primary. Leaving it there is the best defense you've got against oxidation.

You could also go ahead and move it to the corny keg and let it sit in there at room temp until you are ready to carbonate it. It'll work the same as a secondary, essentially just bulk conditioning, without having to mess a secondary carboy.

thanks for all the replies. to let you all know i am no longer needing CO2 to keg at this time. i worked on the keg after i posted and was able to get the rim of the Pepsi keg to seal under no pressure. will be kegging later tonight or in the morning. thanks for your help.
i will drink a pint or two for all who have commented on this of once i tap this keg.

Rack it to the keg, and then prime the keg with sugar. Then just let it condition in the keg as you would with bottles. After a week or two, you could even pop open the pressure release valve for a second or two to remove some of the O2 in there.
