I picked up a nice Wine fridge today to use a a fermentation chamber. Carboy sits in without any modification required plus a glass door so I can watch things. Anyways, I digress. The controls are +/- 3 degrees F. Not as accurate as I would like. I was curious as to those of you who are using the Inkbird controllers, what do you set your hysterisis to?
