Trying to decided on a hurricane brew/ale. Something that can be made, bottled and put away until the next big storm rolls around. We get a bad one occasionally, about every 3-4 years or so.The idea is to pull it out during the storm & brew another after clean up.Any ideas?

How about this?

I like pretty much everything. Trying to get warmed up to an ipa. I like variety so something unique would be ideal, even if it is a little more expensive to brew. Porters are my favorite so i plan on having that pretty handy at all times. I've even been thinking about a mead. I hear they age well.

Make something enjoyable and easy to make.
Call it "Low Pressure IPA"

You will enjoy something new and refreshing while watching a massive, heavy and possibly harmful storm rip everything apart. All whilst drinking a lighter, easy to drink and slightly less harmful beer.
