Hey everyone, Just wanted to throw an intro out there. I've been homebrewing for about three years now and decided to join up. I always referenced this site whenever I was developing a new brew so it didn't make sense that I hadn't joined yet. I'm using a cooler mash system now (for only about 6 months) and I mainly brew all mash and partial mash, sometimes all extract for experiments and if I'm worried about my sugars. Anyway I live in Plymouth Mass (rock, pilgrims, big-ass boat) and I hope to learn a helluva lot more about brewing since I consider myself a novice.
