I'm a relatively new brewer from Galveston, Texas. My chief interest is in perfecting an all-wheat saison; I don't branch out much from that. I typically brew in 12 gallon all grain batches with a BIAB setup. I just finished a 4 keg keezer and have been kegging/force carbing from day one. I have no idea how to bottle beer. I would love to get into growing hops some day, but haven't taken the plunge yet. I played around with malting and roasting my own grains at the outset, and may one day get back into that once I have more of the variables in my brewing process ironed out.
I have already learned a ton from these forums, and I figured that joining would a.) allow me to pester the smart people and b.) share what little, if any, knowledge that I may have.
