Hello everyone! I am relatively new to homebrewing and am about to do my third partial mash batch this weekend. I just recently discovered this forum and like the looks of it much better than the one I have been frequenting.

We do fairly well here, mainly because the "my way or the highway" people leave quickly. There's rarely only one way to do anything in brewing and most members live with that.
