Hello all. I'm a new brewer in the Dallas-Fort Worth area (Highland Village specifically). I'm a long-time beer drinker, first-time beer brewer. After putting it off for many, many years, I finally got my first homebrew starter kit as a gift recently. I got the Northern Brewer Deluxe Starter Kit. The kit came with an extract Irish Red recipie kit, and I have that in my primary now. I'd like to try my hand at a pumpkin ale next, as we usually have that at football tailgates in the fall. After that, I'm going to do an IPA, as that's always been my favorite beer style.
