Hi, I've been brewing off and on since 1990. Just got back into it after a five year hiatus. Everytime I do a google or bing search for questions I had about getting back into brewing this forum would come up in the top 3 results. I've got experience in extract and all grain brewing, and currently
have an extract Amber Ale and IPA in secondary fermenters. Bottling the Amber tomorrow. Anyway, howdy from Texas!
