Just started... Have a Liberty Cream Ale in bottles, and an IPA in primary.

Use Midwest Supplies here near Minneapolis for equipment and kits.

Midwest for sure. I did an IPA kit from northern brewer for my first brew last spring, it was mail ordered so ive never been in there, but i like stopping into Midwest, huge place, good staff, good prices.

Ive done a couple Midwest kits and they are really good for getting your feet wet, and tasty! Im not doing kits anymore though, Ive been tooling around with coming up with simple recipies and trying posted recipes.

Welcome to the forum! Wow, we've had an influx of MN brewers lately. At this rate we may be able to throw our own little brewfest soon. ;)

+1 for Midwest Supply. I haven't really tried NB, but that's mainly because I live about 7 miles from Midwest. Their selection is great though and staff is helpful.
