how to estimate "FDA" labels per bottle

Is there a way to estimate such things in a home brew as:

calories
carbs
sugars

etc?

In the food industry we either sent samples to a food lab to get the nutritional info or we used a computer program with ingredients already input into it. I forgot the name of the program, but it cost hundreds of dollars so it would not be worth it for hobby use.
