So I'm wanting to make a Coopers "selection" Pilsener. This is what I have on hand:

Beer extract can (wort concentrate) 3.75 lbs or 1.7kg
Brew Enhancer 1 (dextrose , maltodextrin) 1KG

If I use the whole 1kg of Brew Enhancer would that be OK or should I use less?

Actually, the recipe calls for 500g Light Dry Malt and 300g dextrose.

But I would prefer more alcohol than less as long as it isn't too thin. Cheers:tank:

Thanks, I just don't want to screw it up because of a minor discrepancy.

Hey Revvy, I have a Coopers Pilsener concentrate can. I read somewhere that too much sugar doesn't work with Pilseners, but I also got recommended the stuff I have (1kg dextrose , maltodextrin) , and according to the instructions I'm supposed to use 800 grams total of the two. The extra 200 grams won't mess it up, I hope.Thanks. (wow 32000 posts! you are the beer oracle).
