how to bottle from a keg

I ferment in corny kegs which I have modified by shortening the "out" tube. I push my beer from the fermenter keg to the secondary keg with C02. I would like to send some of my beer to a competition, and sometimes I would just like to gift someone with a bottle of home brew. Is it possible to bottle already carbonated beer? Should I still add a bit of pruning sugar? If so, how much?

No pruning sugar, and no priming sugar either.

If you just want to bottle a beer here or there, check out BierMuncher's thread. If you're bottling a lot, I'm a big fan of the Blichmann beer gun.
