HEre's the second part to my poll. Talking quantities this time in terms of monthly averages.

I have a single-brewing-day capacity of 20 gal, but don't always max out. I'm probably operating at around 12 gal/mo on average.

Sorry, in my foolishness I didn't think the Nader option applied. I have been so reprimanded and will never forget that option again.

In the past two years that I've been in the hobby I've brewed 20 gallons or less, but I intend to brew much more this year. I'm just going to have to find someone to help me drink it.

10 gal/month for me, although I just bought another secondary so I should be able to do 20 gal/month now. I'm not sure if I WANT to brew that much though :)

Hey buddy!!!!!! I'll be moving to Midlothian soon. :D

When I lived in California, Micheal & I would brew 10-15 gallons a month. He'd drink 75% of it! I don't have that kind of capacity, but I take cornies to club meetings a couple times a year.

I was going to say 5 gal a month, but doing the math, I've already done 15 brews this year with a few more planned, so I guess I'm closer to 10 gal/mo.
