I stick to 199.5 gallons maximum.
No need to flirt with a raid from those who would be concerned about such things.
Yeah like that would happen....besides I think you would need to possess 200 gal.

roughly 132 gallons/year.
Just realized that's over 1,300 12-oz bottles. Wow. Where does it all go?!
I usually brew 3 or 4 times a month, about 5 gallons each brewday. My goal for the year is to break the 200 gallon mark, as I live in Canada and we have no such limit here.
I thought it was up to each state to establish the limits. Florida has the same limits you indicated though.

Now for off topic commentary:...
First year homebrewing and I'm up to 41 Gallons so far (5 of that being a couple 2.5Gal batches of Mead). I've tried to get at least one 5 Gallon batch per month, more if I can squeeze them in or if it's a quick heat and mix Mead. Hoping to get up to 2 per month by next year.
Isn't it funny that the Government can tell you how much you can brew in your own home?
On a federal level it's about the taxation limits, and states are permitted to set lower limits for tax or non-tax reasons as well. Most states must adopted the federal limits.I thought it was up to each state to establish the limits. Florida has the same limits you indicated though.
