I am new to brewing and have gone a little over board. I only drink about a 6pack a week and have like 8 case's of homebrew (once I bottle my white/ipa) Autumn Amber Ale / Pale Ale / Porter / White/IPA in secondary dry hoppin away.
I know I cant be the only one so how much homebrew do you have waiting to be enjoyed? :mug:

I drink about an 18 pack a week, and I have 10 gallons fermenting away in the fermentation chamber now plus 6 gallons of Apfelwein. It will be gone in a couple months.

5 partial kegs and maybe, just maybe one or two more before it's too late. Pray for june gloom.

2 primaries full 1 keg carbonating 2 batches bottle conditioning and had to buy a 12 pack because nothing ready to drink. I'm worried.

I brew in the early spring and late fall during the cooler months. I shoot for about 400 bottles to account for my 1 or 2 a day and any guests that prefer my brew to the typical BMC stuff.

I have a sweet stout that's about finished need to keg it. and an imperial stout that's gonna be a little while. Made it two weeks ago so it's ready for winter. Plus the mild in the kegerator now. Then gonna brew California common this weekend. So on sunday i'll have 8 cases in various stages of preparation.

I always try to have something bubbling and something in the kegerator at a minimum. I usually drink a keg in about a month. I drink 2 or more beers a day.

If you're brewing faster than you drink, maybe scale back to 2.5 gallon batches so you can still make beer and have a reasonable amount of bottles. Or just throw a big party!

4 cases in the bedroom right now. I'd like to scale back my drinking personally. My waistline has been paying the price since I've been homebrewing. I'd like to scale back the drinking to 2 cases a month, but I'm just starting to homebrew and feel like I should be brewing every weekend... or about 3x more than I'd like to be drinking. For that reason, I don't see myself ever getting into big batches.. ie 10+ gal. Plus, there's too many micros out there I enjoy.

8 cornies, i need more- just have to be able to sneak that by the SWMBO. I only knock back 1 brewski every other day so i have to find ways to give it away.

+1. I brew a lot because I like to share with friends. I'm also brewing for the summer party/bbq season.

I currently have 13 cases with another 3 batches fermenting away in various stages and have another 3 batches in the planning to brew stage over the next couple weeks

2 cornies almost full in kegerator, 5 gallons in primary, and about 2 cases of random stuff in bottled.

3 corney's on tap, mostly full, two in waiting. 2 in primary. Probably 4 cases in bottles. 200 or so bottles of wine. Huh, I better get brewing!

I drink too much and I know it, but I have 11 gallons of apple wine, 5 gallons of Skeeter Pee, and 12 gallons of beer either bottled of getting ready to be.

3 kegs about half full and 2 5 gallon primarys (saison and honey heff)

Well...I had 55 gallons. I had a party and am now down to "just 20 gallons" but I have 10 gallons of Saison fermenting right now and plan to brew 10 gallons of Helles next week. Thank goodness for friends!!

I have about 300 bottles of beer at various stages of conditioning in my beer closet and three primaries fermenting in our guest bathroom. I recently reached capacity for my storage and fermentation. However, a party and a camping trip over the holiday should put enough of a dent in my supply to make room for more brewing in June.

10 gallons in kegs plus another 30-40 bottles - Although with friends coming over for Memorial Day the kegs will be gone and I'll probably have a different set of bottles to replace mine. My friends have good taste so the turnover is very much appreciated.

I'll be brewing quite a bit in June to replace my stock.

If you average it over the week, I probably drink 4 or 5 a day. I work from home so I usually have one with lunch, then a couple in the evening. More on the weekends. Right now I've got around 80 gallons kegged or fermenting.

I've got almost too much beer. Five kegs on tap, two carbonating, 12gal of lambic (doesn't count because it needs to sit a year), two more 5gal batches, three 1gal batches that are doubling as starters, and a 15gal batch in the conical that 'll split with a friend. I drink 2 or 3 pints an evening, maybe a little more on weekends. The wife will drink 1 pint so that helps. So figuring 1/2gal a day, that 3.5gal a week. I love to brew and try to brew weekly. I do a lot of small batches to keep from getting too far ahead of myself. I also don't hesitate to throw out beer if it isn't to my standards.

I got ahead of myself like you at one point and decided to make wine since it stores better than beer. Now I have 1000 bottles of wine in the basement to go with my beer.

2 5 gallon kegs on tap, 5 gallons cold crashing, 5 gallons of blonde sitting on strawberries, and about 250 various bottles ready to drink. Im throwing a welcome home party on friday for a buddy who just got back from kuwait. So that should put a dent in the supply!

From my signature, you can see I have A LOT in "storage". I think it adds up to ~12 cases in bottles, 3 cornies, one lagering, two fermenting and three sours (I don't count the sours since they take so long).

I need to outsource my drinking a bit more.

I have had about 6-8 cases ready at any one time since I started brewing in February. I expect that to decrease a little because of a busy schedule over the next couple months. I think its always good to have "more than enough" because you never know when you'll have time to brew that next batch or your friends will come over and drink a case or two....

I am running very low at the moment. I have 5 gallons or so in bottles, 5 gallons lagering, 5 gallons at the end of a cold crash, will get tapped Friday, and 5 gallons ready to be dry hopped but I'll probably wait another week. Friday I'll be doing 10 gallons more. Generally I keep 30 gallons around in some stage or another. I probably drink about 2 gallons a week.

I like beers that usually take some time to bottle condition, so the amount of "on deck" beer far outweighs the amount of "ready to drink" beer probably 3 to 1...
