25 of smoked porter first time I smoked the grain , just pitched the yeast long day but we are getting nor'easter on sat and this brew needs a good 2-3 months to age good Jan-Feb a good sit by the wood stove while its snowing beer.. Octoberfest and a mild northern English on tab right now.
