I scanned through this thread to generate some stats and a pretty graph. Right now we are adding 1000 gallons every 58 days and the average brew length is a little under 6 gallons. We should hit 10,000 gallons sometime in March 2009.

PS total still 7370

Wow, coming into this one late. I've brewed 20 Gallons so far in the last 2 months, with 15 more gallons with different variants to them in the Carboy's as we speak. 10 Gals should be ready to roll on Aug 30th (5 weeks) and the remaining 5 should be ready by Sept. 12th.

Made some last night.
Is a variant using grape juice considered a batch as well?
If yes then that's 10 gallons: 7430 + 10 = 7440
If no then 5 gallons: 7430 + 5 = 7435

if the varient is the case then mark me down for 2 more gallons using a mixed berry apple juice and pomegranate apple mix.

7460+2=7462

7517 + 5 = 7522

Cooled down a glass while bottling it... the first words out of my wife's mouth were "this stuff could get you drunk!"
