Started my first batch 12-1-10. 5 gallons of original.

18,550 + 5 = 18,555

Wow, did it ever occur to anyone that the rise in apple juice prices in recent years can be attributed entirely to EdWort's recipe? :p

Catching up for the past year and half:

5 Gallons of EdWort's Original

5 Gallons using Apple Cider

In the fermenter: 5 Gallons using Grape Juice (crossing my fingers on the results)

18,555 + 15 = 18,570

Edworts Grapfelwein? Weird. ;)

If you look for Yooper's recipes, she's got a Welch's grape wine recipe that I hear is good.

Brewed.... err mixed 5 gallons a month ago per eds recipe. Did another batch tonight using 2 teaspoons cinnamon and cuvee instead of montrachet.

5+5+18570=

18580

18,580 + 5 of edworts orginal recipe and 5 more of one with .5 lbs brown sugar, .5 table sugar, .5 DME, and .5 corn sugar and using WLP300

18580+5=18585 (take it we deducted the grape addition from 5 posts ago) will check back to edit if needed

+8 =18598

Still making my way through 7000+ posts, at 3125. All of my questions have been answered. Will post to the main thread when I have read all the posts. Yes, I tend to be a little OCD.

So I mentioned the party I brought some apfelwein to up above? That friend decided to make a double batch.

18,653 + 10 gal. = 18,663 gallons
