I'm about to do another 5 gallons but this time I'm bottling it bubbly. Is it possible to do a second fermentation in bottle like beer? If so what's the best approach?
(Both my 5 gal carboys are full of fermenting beer, and I have about 8 1gallon jugs, so I have been looking for nice drinks to make in the 1 gallon jars. Leap year mead and Edworts for the win, next I am going to try blueberry wine.)
