Just racked my beer off into bottles 1 week ago. I used coopers drops to help carbonate.
How long do I leave bottles to condition?
When do I put them in the fridge ?

Usually two weeks is a good standard for bottle conditioning, but generally the longer it conditions the better it'll get.
I typically test one after two weeks and put it in the fridge for 3 days* before tasting it. If it's good, the rest can head to the fridge too.

*I've read on here that it takes 3 days for the C02 to get reabsorbed into the beer at fridge temps.

3 weeks at 70 degrees for a regular OG beer. More time if it's a high gravity beer. If it's not an IPA or dryhopped beer maybe cellar a 6er for a few months and check back. Put them in the fridge for a few days or for as long as you can stand them being in there!
