Hey friends,

Tried google-searching my question with no luck so my apologies if this has been asked: After the beer is bottle conditioned and ready to drink, how long will home-brew stay carbonated, tasty and good if stored in the refrigerator.

I have some that I have stored at room temperature for years, and they are still fine whenever I open one on special occasion.

The key is that your process is sanitary, any microbial contaminants will show up given enough time, be it months or years. Storing them in the fridge they will pretty much last forever.

Flavor's will change over time. Especially IPA's so those are better to be consumed asap after they are conditioned.

Months, years for very high gravity beers, like Imperial stouts.

Until it's gone.

That's great, thank you for all of your answers everyone I really appreciate the help!
