How Long Are Crushed Grains Good?

I was planning to brew this saturday but something has come up and I'll need to put it of for a week. Will my crushed grains keep that long if I leave them in the fridge?

Yes, they will be fine for at least a month...

Just keep them in a cool, dry place, preferably in an air tight container.
