Long story short, have some AG mash kits for a few weeks and due to constraints, namely a 7 week old child, have not had a chance to brew.

They've been stored at around 20c in a dark place, although they didn't come in completely sealed bags.

It's been at least 3 weeks now too

Dump or use? Am happy to cut em loose if I won't get decent results due to the grains fading

Use them. Plenty of homebrew shops sell kits with crushed grains, and they sit on the shelf for well over 3 weeks.

My LBHS isn't that conveniently located so I will grab milled grains when I am nearby and brew when I get to it.

Three weeks would be on the low end if how long I've waited to use most grains.

Props for getting right back to it. It took me 35 months to get back to brewing after my latest was born. Luckily, no grains we're harmed during that time.
