Anyone have any critiques of this recipe? im shooting for a piney/citrusy house ipa recipe. Not a true west coast ipa but one with just a tad of malt to complement the hops. Any thoughts would be appreciated, thanks!!
 
Looks good. I'm not a Simcoe fan personally. Consider swapping that and Citra for 2 oz. Mosaic. Otherwise you can't go wrong. Make a nice quart starter and hit it.
 
@buzzerj I like the idea of having a mosaic amarillo dryhop I think I will do that. Mosaic is one hop that I really enjoy.
