how do i pressure release a pin lock keg?

Hey everyone!!! I'm about a week away from kegging for my first time and i don't know how to release pressure from my pin lock kegs!!! Thanks for the help in advance Cheers!

take off the gas quick disconnect and use something to depress the poppet. Make sure you havent filled the keg so full that beer is touching the gas in dip tube.
