My wife got me a 52 qt steaming pot because she knew my 32 was hard to do 5 gal in how big of a batch can i do in it reasonably with trub loss and all do u guys think i could manage 8 gal after that? Figure i could split it into 2 buckets maby try diffrent strains of yeast diffrent dry hops sour half the possibilitys.

Are you referring to batch size as fermenter volume, and trub loss needs to be factored on top? What's your boiloff rate and how much are you losing to trub? If your boiloff rate is low and you're not losing a lot to trub, and willing to use an anti-foam like Fermcap, you could get away with a 10 gallon batch (albeit barely). I'd say for "typical" homebrew numbers for any of thesefactors, 8-9 gallons is probably more reasonable.

Mash from a box cooler fly or batch sparge just depends i mean 8 gal after boil and trub loss. Im giving it a go as we speak wish me luck.

as a boil kettle I used a 13 gallon ballington pot for 10.5 gallon brews with an electric element starting with 11.5-12 gallons preboil so I didnt have to worry about boil overs.. It was tough at times but doable.
