Well I got the last of the Very Special Strain WYeast
I got the last 3726 Farmhouse Ale yeast.

Since it was last one got it for $3.50. You can only get it from April-June.
Any how I split the yeast made to starters and brewed yesterday. Its tearming it up. One of my beers is non stop bubbles. I was LOLing and thinking its only been 12hrs and it bubbleing like that. Hmmmm. The head is ony like 1.5" in the 6.5 gal

Its good to 95 degrees. OMG. hahahah

Also I know alot of you are on the very hot parts of the US might not know about this yeast. Its nice to have a very tollerable yeast that you don't have to mother if it gets to hot.

Just a FYI...

This yeast makes the sludge foam just like Kolsch does.. I hats that crap, its a bit messy. Oh well...
