Hot break

Should I be worried if there is no hot break?

I wouldn't worry too much. Many conditions contribute to the hot break, and sometimes they're massive, other times not. See it through and hope for the best!

If you're brewing with extracts,hot break will be minimal. Sometimes when I add a pound of wheat DME to the reg stuff in the boil,I get a huge hot break. Sometimes I don't with the same recipe. No worries...
