Horizontal Beer Run through wall- keeping it cool.

I bought a new house and I want to run my beer lines through a wall so I can have taps in my living room, but no freezer.
I am a little concerned that my beer will get warm. and Foamy. I already have enough foam issues.
The run is going to go up out of the fridge make a right "L" run about 24 inches and make a left L into the wall run about 2 inches and exit to the faucets.

I was thinking about using 2 inch PVC pipe for this, and using one of those beer line cooler fans.

Did you see the thread on the PVC system someone made? It was basically a loop of PVC from the kegerator, to the faucets, back to the kegerator. On the "supply" side, the beer lines fed to the faucets. On the 'return' side, there was a small computer fan, forcing air back into the kegerator (hence, sucking it in the PVC with the beer lines in it).

It was pretty pissah.

Perhaps run a glycol cooling line alongside the beer lines. A reservoir and a tiny pump (like the ones used in table-top fountains) wuld flow glycol-water up out of the freezer, alongside the lines in a PVC pipe and then back again from the end.
