I recently brewed a batch of beer using whole leaf hops and had about an ounce of each left over. I put them in zip lock bags and left them in the fridge. In retrospect I should have put them in the freezer. Anyways, that was 3 weeks ago and I am thinking of doing another batch to use up the rest of the hops that I have. Is there any problem using whole leaf hops that have been stored in the fridge (not the freezer) for three weeks? Thanks
