I am going to make a Wit based on biermunchers SWMBO slayer. I was going to amp up the hope to about 25IBU using the new Ariana hope, I am also going to dry hop with 1/2 oz of the Ariana for about 4 days. Thoughts???
 
Sounds good to me! I've found thus far that keeping within IBU range for wit beers is the way to go. Not to say that something like Lagunitas Lil Sumpthin Sumpthin isn't delicious but for me personally brewing I like to keep my IBUS reasonable!

I'd recommend low IBUs and a big-ass dry-hop. The aroma is just incredible with some nice hops.
 
Thanks for the feedback! I am thinking I will do early additions with magnum for the low cohumulone and do a 15, 5 and dry hop with the Ariana. My goal is to keep it around 25 IBU a little high for style but not outrageous.
