Looking for a hoppy IPA partial extract recipe. I'd be interested in a 2xIPA if you have a yummy one.

This one is pretty awesome.

The Standard IPA

Extract version, just sub in 7 lbs. of DME, steep the specialty grains.

Shoot for a SG of 1.064, and IBUs in the 65-70 range.

The Palalia IPA recipe in the Papazian book is very good--it's a little on the"balanced" side by American IPA standards: you might want to increase the bittering hops a bit and/or dry hop for more hop aroma if that's what you're going for.
