Hope boiling time with adding LME midway

So I'm about to brew my second beer and planning everything. I was wondering, how do you calculate your hops boiling time when you remove the pot from the fire for 2-3-4 minutes near the end when you add late LME? Do you keep counting like you didn't remove the pot from the fire, or do you add the time on the timer?

It's post-boil. I wouldn't worry about those few minutes.

Actually I add it 15 min before end of the boil just to make sure everything is sanitary.

I've always paused the timer and restarted it when I get boiling again. But in reality I don't think it makes a whole lot of difference.
