Hop swap

Hi all, relatively new brewer.

I have a problem, my supplier doesn't have nugget hops (13% AA) that my recipe needed.

how about i use Simcoe hops instead, they have basically the same alpha acid content, but I'm not sure about the flavour/smell.

Are they very different or will it be the same Summer IPA?

Simcoe is a good IPA Hop but Chinook would be closer to nugget.

If you're swapping out the bittering (60 min) addition, then you probably won't even notice a difference.
