Making this Anchor Steam Kit and it calls for .88oz, 0.5oz and 0.5oz of Northern Brewer hops. Done it before and added a pound of grain and upped the first hops to 1oz for a total of 2oz of Northern Brewer hops. Turned out good.

Doing it again. Have my starter crashing and my water heating and just noticed my kit only has one oz of Northern Brewer hops. Don't think I can get the other oz in the next few hours so have to make due with what I have; Tettnang, Willametie or Bullion.

Any suggestions?

Thanks guys and cheers :mug:

I second the Bullion although the others would work too.

Just used Bullion last beer (ESB) and I think it would play nicely in your recipe.
