Is there a list/chart somewhere that shows the flavor profile or benefits of each variety of hop? Also, how does the alpha acid relate to bittering/flavor profile/aroma. I love hoppy beers, on a citrusy floral side, but haven't a clue where to go. Also, how do you determine when to add the hops at different times in the boil and why some early and some late? Lots of questions, I appreciate any help.
