I tasted the stout I brewed when transfering from primary to secondary.
My question is this:
Will the hop profile I tasted get stronger, stay the same, or get less noticable with time, The reason I ask is Im hoping it will mellow some, Plus the Ca Cao nibs and cherry exctract that I am adding should hide this some I suppose.
Thanks

The hop profile will mellow out/get less noticeable. I had a black IPA that was a bit overdone with 2 oz of Summit hops for aroma/dry hopping. After a year it turned into a very nice stout with very minimal aroma. Hops fade with time, which is why IPAs have short shelf lives.
