I'm using a single tap kegerator with with two kegs fed by a split gas line (no check valves). My usual procedure is to have one keg ready and on tap while the next batch carbonates. Quite often the fresh batch will be sharing a gas line with a keg that is almost empty.

I'm wondering, does anyone know if it's possible for hop aroma in the full keg to be lost via the gas line to the headspace of the almost empty keg?

sounds improbable with pressure from the tank hitting both lines simultaneously.
