They will be Sew On. I am not a big fan of the iron on. They never really stay on that long.

Here is the first copy of the artwork. This is pretty much what it will look like. I am having them fix the lower part of the ribbon to look like the original. Not sure why they try to follow the patch line. It makes the lettering look to blocky.
Anyway I will post more pics throughout the process.

So here is the final design. They Spruced up the Lettering a bit from the original logo, but it looks good so I am not going to have them make another change.

Next step is they will produce a real patch and scan it. I will post the image when I get it. After that final approval it should take less then a week. So I expect to have them by the end of next week or early the following.

I will let everyone know next week. I think I might just put together a basic paypal shopping cart on my website. I just need to see if I can do it without much effort. That way I can just put out a link to people who want one.

There's a brewing army? If so and someone wearing similar clothes is going to making them pissed off-- I say we should organize a bunch of guys to show up at 'their' festival wearing 'their' uniform.
