Yes I have called and emailed, when I called they said I would get a tracking number either the night I called or the next day which is today, maybe I need to rdwhahb!
Same deal here. Purchased last Sunday, still no tracking number. Sent email on Wednesday, got a response saying it would ship Thursday or Friday. Now its Sunday, no response to email yesterday and they aren't answering the phone.
