Homebrewing and beer trade classifieds

Hey guys and gals! I have run across the problem of there being a lack of a central classifieds when it comes to finding used equipment and trading beers. What do you all think of the idea of there being a craigslist-style site dedicated to such?

There are no ads or affiliate links or anything like that to show that I am not out to make a quick buck.

What do you think of the idea?

I like it, Ads are free? Maybe you'll get some sponsors and make some $.

Yep! All ads are free. The ability is there but I am not looking for this to be a money making venture. I just want to serve the brewing community to make it stronger.

I think the idea is great. I mean, I know I love to use the centralized classified ads often on this site here. At the same time, I often use the beer trade forum on this site here, when I want to trade beers.

Sometimes, when I'm feeling adventurous, I also venture to other sub forums on this site here.

Thank you for the positive feedback. All those places are great! We will see if I can people to actually use http://www.BrewStockExchange.com because it's usefulness will depend on user activities.

I am looking at possibly doing aggregate ratings of beers as well from multiple sites to get a concensus rating based upon an algorithm.
