Has anyone attempted to put a blichmann floor burner on a stainless steel table? How much heat is emitted off the bottom of those burners? Trying to improvise by having the table for brewing, and in between brew days, the table would also serve as a place to work on equipment. Thoughts? Opinions?

Yep no problem at all. This has been running for a few years now. Most of the heat goes up not down. It does get a little warm but I have never had any issues.

This is a standard commercial prep table. 36"x 30" . I have not added any additional reinforcement. I have a 30 gallon mash tun and a 20 gallon HLT on it plus the burners. So loaded up its gotta be pushing 500 lbs or more. Get the heavy duty caters and you can roll it easily.

Awesome! I was gonna buy the 30x72 table and put all the burners up there and spread out enough where I can set my pumps in between the kettles

Not a Blichmann burner, but I have a Bayou Classic SP10 burner sitting on a WOOD platform. It is painted with white high gloss paint and shows no sign of ever over heating. So I would not be worried at all with stainless steel.

I put my pumps on the bottom shelf, they get a little protection from heat and splashing below. Plus you get a nice gravity feed to help prime them.
