Hey guys

I made a cider about uh six months ago or so...

Its actually pretty good..I'm proud of it

it was awhile ago plus it was the first thing i brewed so i am a little skeptical of it...every bottles a suprise

I haven't had any infections or anything but i'm still a bit worried

Anyway the only thing that I don't like about it is that it doesn't seem to hold it's carbonation verry well..
If you crack one open it'll be good and bubbly for a couple minutes then it goes flat...still tastes good but it's just not bubbly anymore and thats one of the things i like about it..

Just wondering what i did wrong or what i can do about it next time

Thanks guys

PS: I primed with a can of frozen apple juice concentrate in a five gallon batch
