Got a few things left over from brew of a fat tire clone.

Thinking about doing a 2 gallon batch

This is what I have left over

3.3 lb of coopers Amber lme

Those specialty grains. I don't know what the crap they are but figured what the hell.

.25 oz of target hops

.5 oz of willamette

.5 oz of Kent goldings.

Yeast us05

Would this be drinkable?? What would you use for a hop schedule for this.. Thanks!

You could make something along the lines of an ESB. Do a 2.5 gallon batch. Add the target at 60, willamette in the 30 to 20 minute range and goldings at flame out.

The steeping grains are labeled weird. 60L hops?? I think it's a bag of crystal 60. Steep those like you did on the fat tire clone.
