Love the random cooler lol
i just saw this: but no way its real
Curious to know how/why they're doing cans for on-site consumption only. Doesn't seem very cost efficient with all of the additional equipment, materials, labor, etc.

Is real.
If Shaun had a good sense of humor, he'd pack a few pallets of Dharma Bum into the back of a Ryder Truck, drive these down to Monson, and just blast the Good Humor ice cream song as he creeps past Tree House, to see how many people abandon the line to follow him back to Hill Farmstead.
Is this real ******* life? Cans of IPA for in house consumption only? They must have got a good batch of meth in Vermont.
Yeah, my guess is that this is essentially a test run and they're storing some both cold and at room temperature to see what kind of shelf stability they have.
Sure, that would make sense if cans were brand new on the market thing but uh.... Yeah meth. Plus who packages IPA in a 12 oz can?Or...
For a guy as meticulous about his product as Shaun Hill, it seems totally reasonable to do it this way just to try it out. He sells a few cans onsite just to see what the response is, and how they hold up. If he doesn't like the way things go, or is dissatisfied with the quality in any way, he pulls the cans and they aren't out there floating around. He gets to control this version of his product, which is being packaged in a format not previously employed by HF, until he's comfortable with it being out there in the world.
Or meth. I don't know.

Aged IPA? Strange. Also, if the above is true basically he's expecting people to pay to be his guinea pigs? The ****?because all beers age the same in cans? god forbid some real QC testing gets done.
Aged IPA? Strange.
Funny how you left out the meat of that comment.aged a day... aged a week... aged two weeks... ah hell, even you can't be this dense... no more troll cookies for you

NEBCO's actually been accused of falseness in advertising because they call themselves New England Brewing yet do not make a true NEIPA.NEBCO as well. There are quite a few![]()
