Can we stop Pittsburgh'ing the HF thread? I liked the pizza debate better.

Made a sort-of tribute/clone Green Mountain Special for dinner tonight.

Olive oil base, followed by apple slices, red onions, and bacon (crust was baked for 7 minutes prior to assembling):

Spinach, Vermont cheddar cheese, and a generous drizzle of HF maple syrup:

15 minutes in the oven and done:

Didn't have any HF beers in the fridge, so had to settle for a Heady:

I thought I picked a high enough number for my winechecks joke, but apparently that is well within the realm of possibility for you regulars. I'm not sure whether to feel excited or afraid.

My 3 biggest tabs there were 800 on back-to-back days, and 1000 on a single day (on a different trip). It's totally within the realm of possibility to walk out with 6+ cases of shelf saisons, never mind other stuff.

When in March are you going? I might head up over my spring break if I don't go to Hunahpu Day.

I'll have 2 winechecks for the flights and I'm crashing with a buddy in Burlington. I'll order enough shippers from uhaul delivered to his house to at least take care of whatever amount over that I'll have with CW stuff, plus 1-2 more for bonus stuff purchased while out there. :: 2, 2, carry the 4 :: Yeah, Jesus, this is going to get expensive. Probably a M-F stint in mid March. I'd like to minimize the amount of spring breakers at Stowe. Not sure on dates yet.
