My guess is that they would re-draw if there are people who declined. I'd be checking your email on the 29th just in case some people didn't meet the first payment deadline. You never know, right?

Denial emails, if they are even planning on sending them, probably won't go out for several days. They may plan on extending further offers if people that were accepted elect not to participate.

Or they may just have a set number of people selected, and if they don't participate, they just roll with a smaller membership, idk
