I guess I need to try another vintage then, because the bottle of Vera I had was super underwhelming. I've heard bad things about that year's release (purchased in 2014) though.

I have loved every Vera I've ever had except 2014, which I was not a fan of.

hmmm... 2014 was the year that the dandelions were picked wet.. definitely gave the beer a distinct flavor.

I just looked at some notes and I'm clearly misremembering, because I've had 2014 Vera multiple times and enjoyed it quite a lot each time. I am not sure what I'm thinking of but based on my notes I've never had a Vera I didn't like.

wish I could jump in on that bus but I'm closer to Parker Pie.. far away from Waterbury

How long do we think it will take before one of the HF investors convinces Shaun Hill that canning Susan/Edward etc couldn't possibly be a bad idea and would make a lot of money?

Like stifling lambic distro to the rest of the state so there's more to serve in house?

not sure how much he's had in house... but seems to me that VT is getting less now all together. Not sure if the VT rep leaving Shelton had anything to do with it...

I really don't know though dude... just saying, canning and making more money is not the only/top objective...

Glad I'm not the only one who noticed.

Rule #1 of craft beer: People will always bitch about lambic distribution, literally no matter what the strategy is.

It went from 3f, tilquin and cantillon being available at retail on a semi-annual basis to only being available at HF, Parker pie or occasionally nicer restaurants.

It isn't bitching to be frustrated that a distributor cherry picks products to sell at their retail establishment. It isn't like they keep a lineup of mikeller turding up the on site bottle list.
