So, the Damon is a new version that's never been done before. More questions than answers; website states "bourbon barrels from our favorite distilleries." That's plural. Bottle states "stout in bourbon barrels from our favorite distillery." Anyone know what the **** it is? Heard a rumor it might be pappy. (although to be fair, I started the rumor. With this post)

My last 5/2014 Arthur. Wow, hasn't lost a single step since release. Two years later, and this still may be the best bottle of Arthur I've ever had.

My inside info is that it's called Damon because it's short for "Damn, son."

Buddy came down from Boston (yes, it's an hour away...) this afternoon, so we popped a couple gems. Been dying to pop my WoL SARA, but to be honest, I think it's past it's prime. Was it great? Yes. But definitely quite sour, with still a ton going on. It's splitting hairs, but I preferred the WoL Anchorage. Such a treat. Need more of both of these :) Note the colors, I had the first pour of the SARA and the second pour of the Anchorage.

We also popped a GoM. **** is that beer thick, sweet and delicious.

Looking for some input. I am currently celler diving and came across a phenomenology of spirit bottled 06 2013. Not even sure where I got it. Just looking for some background on it. Thanks in advance.

I believe (and the neckbeards will correct me if I'm wrong) that its the 2nd ever open (wild) fermentation brew from Hill. Dark wild ale that when I had it last (at least a year ago) was fantastic.

Thank you for some actual input. Way better than a gif of a dog with a dog.
