I'm sure there's a reason I just thought yelling at a customer across the property was a bit much and the tone could have been much more polite. Have no other interactions with him to go off of but that seemed a bit rude to us. Everyone else I encountered there was very polite and understanding despite us not knowing the procedures since it was our first time.
There is a sign that says not to go back. People ignore the sign. Gets old after awhile.

Fair enough, only sign I saw was the one saying no glass on the grass so it was a bit shocking to us. Also stand by that it probably could have been handled differently but either way I'm looking forward to another day out there today.

To be fair, babies and kids are not great listeners. As we all know yelling loudly at them, makes it easier to be heard.

I yell at them on a daily basis to stop, but they never listen.

I've stayed out of the pie discussion but I can't any longer. Sicilian pie? Sauce on top and use sliced mozz, not shredded. Light layer of sauce and finish with parm.

Mayonnaise faces.
Grew up with sauce under the cheese gregkoko but I do love me a Spumoni Gardens style Sicilian like BadJustin is describing. Still torn will have to come back east to do some field research.

Local place here called O'scugnizzo's has been making them that way since 1914. One of the oldest documented pizza joints in the country. The recipie is easy to create. The taste they get from the oven is not. Worked there for a few years when I was younger.

On Weds., May 4, we're excited to release Art.

Each 750ml bottle is $40 with a limit of 3 bottles per person.

Art is the wine barrel-fermented and aged version of Arthur (1922-2005), our grandfather's youngest brother as well as the name of our rustic farmstead ale. In honor of Arthur, we mindfully blend his namesake beer from French oak wine barrels that have been aged and conditioned for between 1 and 3 years. This is the standard that reflects, redefines and guides the progressive vision for Hill Farmstead.
